Thanks so much everybody for these wishes!!
I planned to show Emily tonight, but after Grandpa came for cake and coffee..she was just too pooped to party any longer.
This one has been treated from ten months of age to just about six weeks ago..and dare I say..six weeks off meds, and she is doing very well!
Her brother was in the hospital last week (he has had a much harder time, infected at age five..undiagnosed..re-infected age 11, and so on)..and I smuggled her in..she climbed in his bed and when the nurse walked in she asked: "Can you fix Ryan?!"
She's something else..and looks like Minnie Me.
I'm blessed with her, and never have said much about her treatment because it was too painful. But..I now on this third Birthday, after two years treatment (she was exposed via breastmilk as I got my EM rash and bad symptoms when I was nursing her)..resolving neuro-Lyme, Mycoplasma and Bart with Doc J..I dare say I think there is a chance she has actually made it through.
Thanks for the Birthday wishes..it means allot.
