Tomorrow afternoon I have my first appointment with an LLMD (Dr. E in Jackson)to see if what has made me sick for past couple years has been Lyme.

The LLMD's office sent me some paperwork to fill out before the appointment to facilitate things, and it has a checklist of sorts and asks what medications I've been on, if I've been tested before, etc. Most of the list of symptoms applies to me, but I have many more.

Should I bring another list for myself (for reference) of my other symptoms?

I'm also bringing my mother, lol.

What else should I bring?
What are some things I need to make sure I ask about, or find out about during the appointment?

I'm really nervous I'll forget something or it won't go well.

Thanks!

cheers,
AG

Hi AG..don't be nervous..dr. e is really very easy to talk to!! she listens and she is compassionate..make sure you write down all of your symptoms..when they started, etc..someone sent me a link with info on preparing for your doctor's visit..I'm not sure how to get to the link..but if you do a search using my user name (cathy09) you can see that message
