This site has lots of info about how to explain an invisible disability to family and friends. Anyone who has heard from others "Oh, but you look so good!" when you feel like DEATH (literally) would benefit from reading through the info on this site.

Interesting... reading through this site, I saw that the author of the booklet mentioned suffers from MS and Lyme Disease. The booklet sounds excellent. Think it is called something like "But you look soo good!".
