Please tell me ANYONE you know who recovered from Lyme Disease. I read stuff on the internet and most of it said that people usually fully recover in a matter of months.I really don't believe that.

A friend of mine's 5-yr-old had it last summer, was on 3 weeks of abx, and (so far) hasn't had any relapses or signs of problem. Being in CT, I know a number of people who had Lyme. Those who caught it in the early stages & had been treated - even those who had been treated minimally - remain Lyme-free to this day.
There *is* hope.

I have recovered. But it was not in months. I was 4 1/2 years. It took the right Dr, the right drugs, and the right attitude (I am a stoic by nature so that helps)
