I have had lyme for about 9 years now but just found out about 3 years ago. I cannot walk anymore except with a walker, it's been like that about 2 years now. Is there anyone out there that got to that point due to weakness and balance and came back from this? Is there anyone that would let me call and talk about this horrible desease?
Please!!

Daisylynn,
Had Lyme for at least 3 yrs unknowingly before being bitten again. Spent the next 8 yrs in bed. I couldn't walk around the house once or carry a gallon of milk from the store(in the rare times I went out) because my heart got so bad. I am doing great now! What 'Once Bitten' said was true for me. Friends,God,support group, really important too.
Can call or email me if you want!

Daisylynn,

May this turn around for you real soon!

In addition to addressing Lyme and co-infections I have some thoughts about this.

Please read this article that I posted on

Your Body's Many Cries for Water
http://flash.lymenet.org/ubb/Forum1/HTML/028428.html

There are several links in this article that I encourage you to read and give serious consideration.

Peace and Blessings,
Maggie
