SO TRUE. BLUBERRIES AND CRANBERRIES THE BEST. EAT LOTS OF IT THIS FALL SEASON WHICH WON'T BE TOO HARD CAUSE I LOVE CRANBERRY BREAD, SAUCE, PIE, ALL OF IT!

Thanks Kara once again for posting an interesting article.

I wonder what other viruses might be "treated" with cranberries. How about mycoplasma? Any thoughts anyone?

Berries are a great source for antioxidents, some are better than others. But as with any natural products, they are best consumed in the raw state.

By the way, you would have to eat pounds of them to really get a good benefit. I have come across some products that I have used. One of them after about 1/2 an hour felt like I had a berry explosion in my mouth.
