Hope you go longer than 4 weeks on Rocephin.
Two years ago I was also placed on it for 4 weeks, did a lot of good.
Lyme came back this past summer. Waiting to start on 8 week stint and then 6-12 months of oral.
ROCEPHIN Thanks for your response!
My dr. wrote 4-8 weeks on the note, but the nursing co. got approval for the first 4, claiming this is the protocal. Then, and I'm wondering when, she'll request the next 4 wks. Do you know anything about this?? I'm sorry to hear of your Lyme's return. I hope you have quick results when your treatment begins. Are you familiar with long-lasting dizziness as herxing?? Is this vertigo?? take care!
