I did not eat any Halloween candy!!!! However, I have not started back on treatments yet. It will be hard for me to cut back on all the bad foods as well when I do start.

It's really hard.I want to get into the candy bouwl so bad,but i felt results soon after I had just a small totsie roll and a small bag of m&m's.It seems to work better for me if I tell myself 'go ahead ,have that candy or have that cocktail'so as to not deny and prohibit myself. And by doing so I avoid it by choice because I no the concequences. Okay, Okay, so I ate a little candy! What's it to ya?? Yeah, I know.....little Miss "Watch-that-sugar-Lymetoo"

But hey! I bought 3 bags of candy and NO ONE showed up! I'm in a new location and had no idea how many to expect. Still won't know next year since I THINK the rain and fog kept the treaters away!

So I HAD to eat that candy since I was so depressed that no one showed up....and you didn't expect me to let the candy go to waste [waist], did you??

Really didn't eat that much......and sent the candy along with my hubby tonight to give to a friend at work. Whew! It's gone!

Ok, I fess up... I had a snack size bag of M&M's - I'm still waiting for the aftershocks though. We had about 15 trick-or-treaters, and enough candy for 100. OMG - yeast be darned - it was worth it!!

Sorry Dr. E!!!

Yeah, I did. We had so much leftover and I just couldn't help myself. I'm bad when it comes to avoiding sugar in general and last night it was impossible to resist.

Ha! In my leftover bowl of assorted miniatures, the Butterfingers are officially gone!! And I know where they went --- to my a$$. sigh.

I'm off to get some more Diflucan and to take a walk.

next year -- twizzlers or gummie bears, yuk! I can resist those...

I didn't have to buy candy for Halloween, fortunately. We have no kids come here. I am in the WOODS. The few kids on my street go to a local town for trick-or-treating.

I must say, alas, I have had some candy recently. In fact, I just put some in my tummy! It was a fun-size Snickers Almond that was out at a take-out place yesterday.

I've been cheating on my low-carb diet, and I must stop. I just LOVE sugar. I could write a book, "Bad Candy And The Woman Who Loves It."

It's funny how the human body works sometimes.

Ever since my 3-year old daughter started on antibiotics her cravings for anything sweet have almost diminished completely.

And I'm talking about a 3-year old who was a serious choc-o-holic...BIG TIME! :-)
