This is my second post. I'm a newby, so I'm VERY excited that I have people to relate to. I have been ALONE for so long in this. Does the weather have an effect on anyone the way it does with me? I've been told I have a Light Dystrophy Disorder, blah blah blah...probably to get me out of the drs office. But when the weather is bad, I'm down and out....no questions asked!!!! I'm in Jersey and the weather is hORRIBLE today... my brain fog is ten times worse, which then makes me more anxious.... am I going crazy?

I'm in New Jersey too. The weather is pretty bad here lately...and often!

I can tell you I am in excruciating pain and constantly dizzy and 'out of it' when it's cold and/or muggy. Before it rains, after it rains, if it's dry and icecold.

So I hear you on this one.

cheers,
AG

OH YES!!!!
I have noticed the weather really effects me. I live in Illinois and we have a warm front moving through and I woke up feeling really bad today my body hurts all over like I have the flu.
Hang in there!! Try taking a hot bath, I know that I feel much better after soaking in the tub.
If I can force myself to get off the couch!

It's not just you. The weather effects many of us. Today was not a good day for me at all.

You are most definitely not alone in this. Generally I do worse in cold weather, although hot weather isn't great either. Basically I have a very narrow temperature in which I'm comfortable.
