I want to make clear that I know that I am sick because a tick bit me and that it is not my fault. What I want to know is how do I make other people believe this? How can I prove it to them?I need some verses where it says this in the Bible(but not in Job).
Thank you.

Just off hand I can think of two examples. King Solomon, who had an approved standing with God and also known for his wisdom could see that regardless of the type of person we are or what advantage or position we may or may not hold in life "Time and unforeseen occurence befall them all." (Ecclesiastes 9:11)

The Apostle Paul spoke of having literal physical afflictions which affected his appearance while he was actively involved in his assignment. He was obviously in an approved standing with God yet still had to deal with sickness. (Galatians 4:13, 14)

Is that what you're looking for? Are people implying that you are ill because you don't have enough faith?

I would like to try to help you with this. You're welcome to e-mail me with specifics.
