Time is running out to register for the Treating Lyme Disease using Integrative Medicine conference - less than one week remains to take advantage of the Early Bird Registration Rate! Don't miss this great opportunity to hear many of the best physicians treating Lyme disease in the country over the course of the two day conference. Learn from others with the disease by networking and asking your most burning questions face-to-face. Be inspired to get and stay well by people who have recovered. When will you have the chance to have one-on-one dialogue with these physicians and so many other Lyme patients all in one place again?
Hotel rooms are going fast and the discounted rate will only be in effect until April 15, 2005 (will increase from $109 to $165 per night). So...even if you think you might need a hotel room, it's best to make a reservation NOW before the rates go up.
There is a Family/Partner Discount now available. For more details, visit our website at www.HopetoHealLyme.com. The $195 rate for the 2nd family/partner registrant will remain in effect throughout the registration process and will NOT EXPIRE ON April 1, 2005.
We also have a limited number of scholarships available for individuals on Government disability or who have 3 or more members of their family being treated for Lyme disease or another tick borne illness. Please see our website at www.HopetoHealLyme.com and send us your scholarship request right away to be considered. A special thank you to our "Angel Registry" contributors:
St. Peters Episcopal Church Dr. Kenneth Singleton Wendy and Paul Goodness, Dr. Virginia Sherr
Open Eye Pictures, who are making a very good documentary on Lyme disease are interested in interviewing people at the conference. If you would like your story heard, please write up a brief biography documenting your symptoms, treatment methods and the impact of Lyme on your family, work, spirituality, social life, etc... and send it to [email protected]
Open Eye Pictures is also seeking tax deductible contributions to fund this documentary. For more information or if you are interested in contributing, please go to www.openeyepictures.com
We hope you can join us in May!
