I'm still working (or trying to) on my mailer on Lyme disease that is going to go out to all residents in our town.

I'd like to include steps for people to follow if they have Lyme. I'm battling fatigue and having a hard time spending time on this mailer so I need your help. I also have two little ones that keep me busy.

What steps would you recommend if you suspected you or someone you know might have Lyme...

Call Igenex and get a test kit for the Western Blot (will provide contact info)
Call your doctor and set up appt to have blood drawn
Consult with an LLMD (I'll list the LDA number for Dr. referrals..)
Read Lyme Literature (I'll be providing a list)

Please add to my list. I'm going to post the whole package up here for other to use when it's done. Thanks so much!

Great idea! Idea-Photograph any rash with a ruler in the photo and on successive days. I wrote an article for our local paper, still waiting to see if it gets published. Pat
