Hello everyone!
Goodness, it has been a long time since I've checked in with all of you.

Just wanted to say that you are always in my thoughts and prayers...
For improved health,
For continued strength,
And for light at the end of this lengthy tunnel.

Things are moving along for me, and I am hanging in there.
Just two more weeks of grad school, and I will have finally finished!

Heartfelt thank yous to those of you whom have kept me going through all the really tough times...

Offering encouragement, advice, and love when it was most needed.

Take very good care of yourselves, and remember that you are appreciated beyond words.

Much love,
Melanie

May none of us encounter any more dam ticks.

Will we see you at the lyme float this summer? It wouldn't be the same without you.

How lovely to come back and see so many smiling faces!

Thanks so much for all of the congratulations...
However, it is still difficult for me to grasp that the end is in sight with so much left to do in such a short amount of time.

The spirit is willing, but the body and mind are still off balance...so, this has truly been a struggle. But, one worth the extra effort.

Graduation is May 14th, however, no, I won't be attending the ceremonies...just too much hoopla for my personal taste.

Sure would LOVE to go to the Lyme Float this year and see some old and new faces, but time and finances just won't permit that fun trip. But, I will be there in spirit, missing you all!

I am planning on selling out here, and moving as soon as I can to CA...so, with that and with the reality of trying to find a position here until the move and there afterwards, I will be quite busy.

Hey there Charlie!
Please pass my love back to Jenny and an extra hug for you as well! Glad to know that you both will be aiming for that ``V''.

Mr. Maddog!
How are things going for you? Great to see you as well!

Miss Cbb!
So pleased to know that you are still here passing on your love and wisdom. My prayers are still with you more than you would know.

Hey there Miss Annie!
Hoping your retreat this year goes as wonderfully as last! Love the dancing IV pole! My dance partner is now banned to the closet.

Lightfoot, my partner in crime!
Been thinking of you too. Any news from Miss L?

MammaLyme!
Hello old friend! Hoping that you and your precious family are progressing in the right direction!

Tree-hugger!
I've missed you too! I've plateaued on meds for the time being- need to get back into the doc I suppose. But I am SO happy to know that you are still doing well!

Hey there Gary,
How are things with you? Is that knee still giving you problems? Thanks for the kind words.

Miss Katherine!
How many miles have you put on that power chair by now? Hoping that you are feeling better these days?

Tootsie-Pop!
I promise I will try to spend more time here as soon as I get over this flurry of craziness. Have kept your Mom in my thoughts and prayers too, and hope she is doing better?

Miss Cave!
Well, I can't promise not to be strange, but a stranger...hummmm...stranger than usual, you mean?

Thanks to each of you, you sure helped place a warm smile in my heart when I was feeling a bit fragile!

Much love as always,
Melanie

Hello Melanie,

Been wondering how you were doing and what you were up to. Congratulations on finishing school...huge accomplishment and I'm sure it's kept you extremely busy.

Best of luck on your move to CA and finding a job in CO. I don't know what the job market is like here since I'm self employed but am sure you'll find something until the big move.

Don't be a stranger!

Good morning Snowboarder,
Good to see you! Yes, school has been all consuming. I'm not able to multi-task too well any longer, so it has been one project at a time for me, and since August...this has been it!
Thanks for the good wishes on the move and employment. I am certain that things will work out...they always do!
Hope you are hanging in there?

Hey there NE,
Much love going back your way and to those precious kiddos! You are always in my thoughts and prayers! Your friendship has meant the world to me.

Miss Cindy!
What a surprise to see that beautiful bear! My move depends on the selling of my home here, so it is unpredictable right now, but I am hoping soon! I'll be staying with a friend in Grass Valley until I can get back on my feet, but will most probably end up working in the Sacramento area.
You are SO generous to offer me a place to stop over, and I may just take you up on a visit sometime. Would LOVE to meet you! So glad that you will be filling us in on what has been happening with you soon!

Take good care everyone! And THANK YOU ALL so much for the sweet thoughts...I could never had made it this far without all of you, and many more of my LymeNet friends!!!

Much love,
Melanie
