Posted this in medical and didn't get any response so I'm trying here.
Just finished week four of meds and feel like I've been hit with a multitude of symptoms all at once...good sign I guess.
Sciatica started this morning is this common with lyme? Seems like it hits often now.
Sitting on the edge...of my chair.

I replied over in Medical. Somehow I missed your post over there. Next time you have a question and it gets "ignored", just reply to it to bring it back to the top.

sorry you didn't get replies....sometimes that happens!

You can develop lower back problems with Lyme disease. Anti-inflamatory meds (Ibuprofen works for me) and ice packs on lower back can help in the short run.

For a lot of people a chiropracter can really make a difference. Without my chiropracter, I would be bedridden.

I hope you get some relief soon!

Hello Cher!

Sorry about the sciatica problems!

I've just been going through this same thing...painful! My only hope when this thing strikes is chiropractic.

This is a link to Lymeinfo where you will find over forty pages of cited symptoms associated with Lyme disease.....scroll down to page 16 and you will find all of this under musculoskeletal: http://www.lymeinfo.net/medical/LDSymptoms.pdf

Take good care and I hope you are feeling better soon.

Healing thoughts.....lightfoot
