Hey laserred!

Thanks for posting this, I got a kick out of the "he will make full recovery in two weeks".
YEAH, right!; I will say welcome to helloland Mr. Hall and start looking for an LLMD because the idiot MD that told you two weeks for full recovery has absolutely no clue of what is she/he talking about.

LOL when these MD'S go to med-school they learn ALL ABOUT LYME IN "THE 1 minute Lyme University Course"; of course they don't need to learn more about it because I forgot; there is NO LYME in this planet.

Those of you who know certian other celebrities who were "orginially diagnosed" with lyme did get cured in 2 weeks.

Now they give their money to
MS foundation, Lou Gehrigs Foundation, and
Parkinsons Disease Foundatio, and CFIDS.

Somehow, someone needs to make sure that DAryl understands he may have long term affects such as those listed above and he may need continued further treatment to prevent those, and if hes diagnosed with the above he should question the diagnosis....even if he uses Cedar Saini or any of the other prestigious doctors!

But who could actually get 'personally' through to a figure like him...without getting stalking charges against them and end up in jail or a mental ward or something!

Funny you should ask. My son works in the industry and sooooo, I am going to call and see if he has an in, or knows someone who does.
Afterall, we did get to do lunch with Mick Fleetwood...

I do hope he does recover in 2 weeks and that he's caught it right away.

I am from the same vicinity he lives in now and I do happen to know plenty of people in this area who did (appear to) recover on a 'short' course of antibiotics with no relapse to date, that includes my husband. Nobody knows what the future holds, of course, but not everybody is as unlucky as we are here.

My local radio station was actually joking about it just this morning. I was livid. It's unbelieveable how ignorant the general public is about lyme. Needless to say, I shot them an e-mail to try and educate them.

I hope Lishs Mom can get in touch with him. IF he SHOULD wind up chronic, it would be nice for him to know that it's not MS, Parkinson's, CFS, Fibro......yadda, yadda, yadda.

my friend Tara Angell is playing with Lucinda Williams on July 14, at the Beacon Theater in NYC. she will be doiong a concert with Nada Surf on July 15 at Housing Works Benefit 126 Crosby St, NYC. and playing at the Living Room, NYC, July 25.

she got very sick from Lyme and like me, almost died from it. it sure had a profound effect on her life. you can tell listening to her CD "Come Down" that was released on Ryco disk last winter.

i think we can all relate to her song "You Can't Say No to Hell" and other songs on her CD.

she is also a documentary film maker and wants to do a documentary on Lyme. right now she is so busy touring and promoting her new CD, so it is on the back burner. she is also still very sick with Lyme.

for more info, she has a website: www.taraangell.com
