I just received this e-mail in regards to MammaLyme and thought I'd pass it along for those of you who may know MammaLyme and want to keep her in your prayers.

( the following is a message from her Daughter)
Dear Friends: I am saddened to report that my mother had a series of 3 strokes this weekend. Fortunately, she has little damage to her limbs, but it has significantly impaired her speech. She can't put a sentence or thought together.
She is known on the Lyme Boards as "MammaLyme", but I'm not a member of that group, so I'd appreciate it if someone would pass the news to anyone might want to know about her. I ask that you send you good thoughts and prayers toward my mom.
Thank you for support at this critical time. Love, Lovette

I'm so sorry about your Mom. Angela and I will pray for her. Lean on Ken for support and get MammaLyme the best doctors and rehab that you can find. Stroke victims frequently recover many of the abilities that they initially lost.

So sorry to hear about MammaLyme........she's in our thoughts and prayers down here in York.
She helped me so much also when I first visited the Gettysburg support group. Was glad to be able to visit with them last month to catch up with the members.
Let us know where we can send cards.....
If there's anything that we can do here in the local area please let me know!!

Thanks, Zing for posting. Goodness! If you will scroll down a page or so to a post called "Today I am grateful for..." you will see a lovely post of MammaLyme's that I found very moving. She obviously is a VERY special and optimistic person.
I will pray for a speedy recovery for her. Please keep us updated!

YO BOZO!
It looks like you have a BIG fan club here!
NO.. not a big FANNY club! A big FAN club!
Sooooooooo.. I hear you've been vacationing at the old duck motel these days, eh? A real lady of leisure! Hope they treated you like a Princess.
By the way...
Any cute ducks around the old motel?
I KNOW you looked!
DID so!!!
OK.. I am concerned about you. I REALLY am.
So I will try to help by doing a double check on you of all the weird stuff that COULD happen once being in a duck motel. You can't be TOO careful these days... you know.
Sooooooooooooooooooo...
Have you checked your feet lately? Have they take on a web like appearence? Is it hard to get your shoes on?
Have you been sitting.. or do you feel like sitting.. in any mud puddles lately?
I sure hope you didn't leave there with feathers hanging from your fingernails or teeth!
Ya didn't, did ya?
Have you noticed a strong desire to to rush up and kidnap the local bread delivery trucks... especially at meal time?
Have you been twisting your head around and scratching your back with your lips, in the past week or so?
OH NO! Your lips aren't getting bigger and turning ORANGE, are they?
Has anyone told you that your breath is starting to smell like fish?
Have you been sitting at the waters edge preaning your tail feathers?
If you answered yes to any of the above..
We will have to toss you in the alligator pit ASAP!
THAT'S the RULES!
PLEASE let us know so we can make preparations. After all, the gators demand to know what's on the menu each week.. and we need to notify them if their next main course MIGHT be YOU!
HA!
Did I feel a smile coming on?
I hope so.
Get well soon.. little baboon!
We miss seeing you!!!
PS.. Now you know why the Hallmark Company is pounding at my door and wanting me to write greeting cards for their company. They KNOW talent when they see it!
