Hi All Hope Everyone is Doing well or at least the best that they can.

HI TINCUP!!!!

Just wanted to let you know that it is possible to get better. I have not been on or even lurking for a while now and you ask "why?" Well let me tell you I now have a 3 month old baby and she keeps me very busy. Hubby and I are a little bit older than the normal 1st time parents. I did have to wait to get better before she was even possible, and thanks to lymenet and my doctors (the alternative as well as the normal old ID's) it did happen! She is absolutely perfect and so far she has not shone any lyme symptoms. So for all the newbies, hang in and learn as much as you can! For those that have been around for awhile continue to find what it is that will work for you. There is life after lyme!!

STAY STRONG
Ebbyban

YO FLASH!!!

Is that REALLY YOU?

Oh MY MY!

It's so good to hear from YOU!!! Finally!!

And look at THAT, will ya? A new baby? OH MY! What a surprize!

Here I was worried about you.. and after all this time... huff huff... I NOW learn that you and hubby were OK.. and just "fooling around". GEEZE!

And DON'T be saying you weren't. Unless the baby was found in the cabbage patch... your story is NOT going to be believable.

It's sooooooooooooooooo good to hear you are doing well! Makes me wanna sing! And dance!

I DO have one big concern though.. now that I am thinking about it.

It now appears there will be ANOTHER generation of people who get their ears wet while sucking up their supper from a big bowl on the floor!

HA! And just so the newer folks know...

We call her "Flash" because several years ago she was quite bad off. As she described her condition... it made me think of The Dukes of Hazzard tv show. Do you remember Boss Hog.. and his sheriff, Roscoe P. Coaltrain?

Well Roscoe had this hound dog... ha... I laugh just picturing this dog in my mind.

Anyhow.. the dogs name was "Flash". And flash he was NOT! He was so pitiful and so slow that Roscoe had to put him in a little red wagon and pull him around! HA!

I would tease OUR Flash that she would lay on the floor with a bowl full of food cause she was so sick and weak that she couldn't sit up at the table to eat. And while doing that.. I had wondered if her ears would hang down in the bowl and get wet!

And NOW look at her go! See Flash run! Run Flash run!

This IS a grand story!!! I am SO thrilled for you and yours. Yep... you, hubby, and little TC.

I KNOW you named her after me. I do believe you promised.

Ok sweet dear Flash.. I gotta run. I made a promise to K-Lyme today.. and I need to chat with her for a bit. I have a feeling she will do as well as you are doing.. and I hope it is REAL soon!

BUT.. I am posting my email here so you can write to me and send me some pictures of my new niece... little TC.

Gosh it is so nice to hear from you! Know we miss you and we wish you ALL the best.

And when you ain't "fooling around".. let us hear from you. OK?

Love to all,

Aunt TC

Hey! It IS Flash, with the floppy ears!!! Yee hawww!!!

So glad to hear from you, Ms ebby! [better be MRS Ebby, huh!!?]

Congratulations on the little one. I'm so glad you named her Tincup! It's such a fitting name for a beautiful young lady!

I do imagine she's keeping you very busy, but I'm also sure you're enjoying every single minute of it!

Yipppeee!!!

Does she look anything like this??

Do come back and say hello once in awhile!!

And maybe one day you'll have time to add your story here?

Flash- A new baby- How wonderful, but lots of work!

I came after you left so I'm sorry I don't know you but would love if you could add your success story to the thread Lymetoo posted above. All of us desperate to get better want to know what worked for you.

Hope your baby sleeps when you need her to sleep.
