Betty note: got this in my personal email & pasting it here for any lyme patients & all others interested....

As you know Integrity Computing will not send irrelevant email to anyone or ever sell or give away your email address.

I got this email from Mrs. Kathy Muni of Cornerstone Academy, relating to an on line source, which has provided educational material to the victims of Hurricane Katrina for free and I wanted to send it to everyone, just in case that they know some people in the Louisiana/Mississippi area that could benefit from this.

In light of the disaster, I felt free to send this to everyone. I hope it can help some people.

Best,

Kees Boer

Dear Friends,

The Ambleside Online Advisory has created a free curriculum plan, AO-HELP, for families and relief workers who need emergency educational help for children in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. All books and materials necessary are available online for free.

It requires no materials other than pencil and paper, and a Good Samaritan friend with access to a computer and a printer.

It is designed to be user-friendly, even for those who have never taught, and suitable for a wide age range.

We offer AO-HELP in the hopes that it will fill a gap for the churches, support groups and other organizations that suddenly need to set up temporary schools for the evacuated children in their care who no longer have schools to attend, and also for families who wish to continue homeschooling during this crisis but do not have access to school materials.

AO-HELP -- Ambleside Online Helping Hands Emergency Learning Plan http://www.amblesideonline.org/HELP.shtml

We would greatly appreciate any help you can give us toward getting the word out quickly about AO-HELP to those in need.

We would also like to encourage churches and individuals to make copies of the e-texts required for implementing AO-HELP for those without computers.

School supplies such as this can be sent to Project Noah for distribution to those in need. More information here: http://www.projectnoah.org/ .

Thank you so much for any help you can offer.

Grace & peace,
Lynn Bruce
