Guys, I need some help.

I remember reading that either the fda or the cdc recognizes lyme as a clinical dx and I need to be pointed in the right direction because I'm again facing an MS dx.

thanks

Okay, so far I've found the FDA to say this in 1999. Is there anything more recent?

I mean, if THEY can agree with tests not being a basis for a dx and only used to SUPPORT a clinical dx...

Then why are these DUCKS still getting a H@rd on for these tests??

DIDN'T THEY GET THE MEMO!!!!

Kimmi, try this link to CDC. I think it has what you need.

I think you can find the statement at the bottom of the Western Blot results....at least the ones from Igenex.

what REALLY cracks me up, is the fact that the tests were only for surveilance purposes.

Kimmi,

Actually no one really. Even CT labs no longer report positive tests.

Personally Kimmi, I think it has to do with kick backs they get for perscriptions from the drug companies....
that is just the way I view it... too much money in the drug industry..
