Should I carry my purse as it is heavy, or put it down which will mean energy expended to pick it up?

Should I sit down and rest or will it take more energy to get back up?

The clean clothes are heavy. Should I carry a couple with me as I go to my room, which is a pain, or make myself lift the laundry basket?

Aren't these thoughts exhausting?

Should I sit down and rest or will it take more energy to get back up? Do you have to get up anytime soon?

Aren't these thoughts exhausting? Yes.

Yep! That's it!! [Big Grin]

I understand the purse problem. For years I carried only the bare minimum in a very small purse.

And do I really need that stuff on the bottom shelf? Because getting back up from a stooped position will be difficult.

Why don't they make refrigerators horizontal instead of vertical, mounted waist high at the bottom?

guess you can tell I am stalling, posting replies instead doing some things that are overdue to be done. People aren't really hooked on the internet, they are using it to avoid tasks, like I am. Think I will now stall some more by designing a horizontal refrigerator, apply for a patent, etc.

Lou, the horizontal fridge is a great idea. Also a beeper that will sound when things in the back begin to spoil.

Suz, I was worn out by the time I finished reading your post. I have stacks on my previous stacks around my desk.

I make to-do lists. Then, panicked at night with everything undone, I make new lists. Most of the lists have the same stuff on them.

I think I'm losing weight with Lyme, because I make dinner, and then I'm just too tired to eat it!

My rule of thumb is this: beyond work and basics, if something is too exhausting for me to even think about, it's probably much too tiring to actually do! [Wink]

I hear you, take a break and learn to appreciate being the blob on the bed! You dont need a purse and clean clothes??? what are they???

Ok I do have to get up now and then to do my job. Im the official door opener and closer for my master, the dog. It doesnt pay much but does have good benefits.
