I am feeling good, but...

Yesterday, after a long drive, I went to Starbucks. After checking out the amount of sugar in latte, cafe mocha, and a mocha frap; I placed my order: Mocha Frappicino-extra hot.

Suz,

My fiance brought me a box of Andes Mints for my birthday today..... She is very sweet.

but now I am just staring at the box telling myself, "no..... you can't eat any.... BAD!!" This no sugar thing is killing me.... [Frown]

Must resist the temptation.... All I need is a yeast problem! [bonk]

Bob-

Yep. Chocolate staring at you after midnight.
It's gone, isn't it?

Once we get well from lyme we could live to be 100 if we keep up all these diet, supplement, abstinence regimens!

I haven't had sugar or caffeine in weeks and I really like both. I went into a local conveinence store the other morning and wanted something hot that tasted good for a change.

As I was scoping out the cappacino and coffees, I looked down and they had decaf hazel nut. I tried a 20oz cup black and it was really good. I'm surprised. So now I have a guilt free fix - when I'm out and about.

I could never bring a box of chocolate in the house - it would call my name and sing to me all night long.

be careful about so-called decaf. i saw a report on tv recently (20-20, i think) about how sometimes so-called decaf isn't really decaf- it might have less caffiene or even the same amount. [cussing]

unfortunately there are no regulations placed on what you can call decaf. i wouldn't worry too much, though, you can cheat sometimes and be fine. just take some extra pro-biotic or nystatin. it's better to cheat a little bit every so often than to always be perfect and then go on a crazy binge.
