My wife has had Lyme for 6 years and was diagnosis on Oct 19th. After almost 2 weeks of Doxy her mental fatigue was almost completely gone and several friends have commented on how much better she is mentally [woohoo]

Now after almost 3 weeks all of her symptoms have come on stronger than before we saw Dr. C. All of them except the brain fatigue that is. Her all over pain is bad, double vision, vomitting, and fatigue have put her in bed again.

We are stopping the ABX per our doctor's protocol and are actually excited that this is happening...only because we know the little boogers are dieing off. Just wanted to update everyone and to tell those who need it to keep the faith!!!

Yep, she's right on schedule and you're wise to back off on the meds. The monthly herxing occurs every 3-5 weeks.

I hope she feels better very soon! I'm SOOOO happy she is making such good progress! [Smile]

Hi CGooge. I almost missed your post. I'm SO glad to read that your wife's responding so well. It's great to know she's on the right track. Hang in there through the herxes and take that as a good sign.

Wishing you both well..keep us updated!
