I am meant to visit one tommorrow..Curious as to what other people's experiences and advice may be. It's going to costs plenty, so I want to be confident in the decision, or cancel the appointment...

If you are being treated for Lyme by an LLMD, follow LLMD's reccomendations only.
Nutritionists are fine, but when it comes to lyme it;s all betwen you and an LLMD.
Nutrition is very important. Healing your lyme is more important, until that is well under control.

I did go. I am fortunate, the nutritionists Im seeing had lyme herself. Sounds very knowledgable. I look forward to beginning her prescribed dietary changes. I'll post with further updates detailing my results!
