I am looking into this. I can't see that I can buy it in the supermarket where I live.
Therefore, if I buy the grains, are there bad grains and good grains. I just wonder if someone is selling grains that have been 'produced in their garage' so to speak, if there could be HARMFUL bacteria in them that I shouldn't be ingesting.
How do you determine the good from the bad when buying this stuff?

Perhaps in a few weeks I can answer other questions though. . . I am waiting for my first grains to arrive, they were just shipped and should be here tomorrow.
