To me this is very apt.
I used to call Lyme the "Never mind disease" before I was diagnosed.
I would be sent to a new specialist and would be told they knew exactly what was wrong with me, and would tell me after I took a bunch of tests.
Then a staff person would call and say all my tests were negative, so the doctor would send me on to another specialist.
All I could think of was RoseAnnRoseAnnaDanna from Saturday night live saying "Nevermind" after she misunderstood something and went on a long rant and then someone told her she was mistaken.

Just thinking of her makes me laugh!!

And a friend and I had a name for one's reaction after being diagnosed with Lyme disease.

I think they got it wrong in Peter Pan...It is not Never NeverLand..It is a Lymie in Never, NeverMind.. Some of you film genuis ones could do a parady on it all...The lost boys who never were...Capt. Hook having a bad herx..Wendy having an out of body experience...Endless possibilities.
Oh well.Never mind !!

Ah... if clapping could just bring us back to life...
...perhaps we should be applauding ourselves and each other more often.
