Hi, I was wondering if numbness and tingling of the legs and feet can occur years after being treated with ATBX for Lyme. I have been on Doxy 200mg PO BID for almost 2 years now to help treat my ocular sx associated with Lyme but just last week I noticed the numbness and tingling in my legs and feet and it is driving me crazy. I have an appointment with my LLMD on Thursday, should I wait until then or call her tomorrow? Anybody else have these sort of sx or am I just plain crazy? Any help would be appreciated.

Probably not the answer you wanted to hear, but in my opinion it is from the Lyme. As long as you still have an infection you can continue to get new symptoms.
If you have been on doxy for 2 years it might be time to consider switching to a different antibiotic. It seems to me like the people who recover the quickest change meds frequently. That isn't a rule, just a personal observation.
Don't think there is any need to call your LLMD since your appointment is so soon.
Have you been treated for coinfections?
