Aint weather grand. I look out and it is really snowing. Lots of seeds in the ground around here. Couple days ago it broke the all time high temps in high 80's.

I just seem to think weather is getting stranger 'EVERY' year. Who could make up this stuff??? I guess thats why they call it averages, always way over or under!!

I guess my dad says they had to quit planting corn one year(back in the 40's or 50's) on his birthday because they couldnt see the marker track from round to round for the snow depth. His birthday is "MAY 28th"

Thought I would throw in that little note of interest. Weather, I dont even watch the forecasts any more, whats the use, it does what it wants anyway!!! Happy "SNOW" day!!Because I remain --brr, just don-- *teeth chattering*

Don,

Apparently my great grandmother use to talk about "the summer that never was." The high never got out of the 70s and all the crops failed. apparently there was a volcano eruption somewhere and it created a "winter" for that summer.

We can never see the mountains here any more. When i was little you could see the mountains every day except for the dog-days of summer--August. All the transients think that it is normal--but I miss them. We are in a valley and have smog about like L.A. now...

Tell the "girls" I said hello!

Linda
