The most intimate, honest look at Lyme disease and how it turns one family upside-down with far-reaching consequences.
"When PJ Langhoff moved to Wisconsin from Chicago seeking a different way of life, she had no idea how quickly that wish would be granted. Her family's footsteps into this realm marked an odyssey that would encompass more than a decade and a half, and touch the lives of people everywhere.
Divorce, disability, discimination in the courts, schools, Seppaku, Columbine, the Federal Government, Lyme Disease, allegations of child abuse and mental illness all weave a remarkably complex tapestry of circumstances sure to leave you wondering what happens next."

PJ, since I couldn't get on lymenet yesterday, I went to your sight and read ALL the letters that had been sent to you by state! Touching stories.
On your new book you mention, what is the cost, the size of it, paperback or 5x8 and LARGE print or that dinky 10 TIMES NEW ROMAN stuff?
Please fill us in more on font size, $$$, etc. .. thanks PJ.

The book's price is not set yet, but will probably be around the $15-18 mark. Depends on final print costs which relates to number of pages and I'll know that very soon.
The size of the book is 6x9 and its perfect bound. The size of type is 12 point on 14 leading, and fairly easy to read.
I'm awaiting the foreword that is being drafted by a doctor, so right now the page count is at 180 pgs but it could go up by 4 pages or so when its done, depending on how wordy that part is.
Thanks for asking, you can be on the preorder list if you want, just email me at [email protected] and saying "preorder book" or something like that. An email will go out with purchase details as soon as it is released.
I think the story will hit home for people in a lot of ways, and open the eyes of others. Some of the things that happened to my children and myself are things that would never have happened had we not all been infected with Lyme and been misdiagnosed for so long.
Thanks for the interest!!!
