since my dog maggie passed away from lyme disease and I recieved such caring posts from you. I find myself coming to this site often. Thank you new friends I find comfort here. I keep all of you in my prayers and will be making a donation to the lyme disease network this month. You are all so caring to each other. Just wanted to let you know you help many of us out here in so many ways. thank you

I'm so sorry to hear about your Maggie.
We lost a dog in 1996 to what I'm sure (now) was Lyme disease. He was part of the family for ten years.
Try to hang in there. Please don't be shy about asking for support.

Your post really touched me. I'm so glad you've gotten comfort from being here, and speaking for myself, I'm really grateful for all the good thoughts and prayers!
I'm so sorry about your dog. This is just a nasty disease; there's no other way to describe it.
