Happy Birthday
-------------------- Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Remember Iam not a Doctor Just someone struggling like you with Tick Borne Diseases.
Actually, you got the day right - May 22. But I can read this again tomorrow & spread it out some more.
Our family got together over the weekend, so I really am making it a "birthweek."
Saturday, my 2 out-of-town grandchildren came to visit. The 6 "in-town" grands came over with their parents & we had pizza. Their ages are 7 to 16 yrs.
The next morning, all 12 came back to my house for breakfast (nothing complicated).
The 8 yr old's Little League team won a baseball game in the afternoon & then we had a late dinner. The children enjoyed being together.
This evening, the 10 yr old had a baseball game & they won, too. The win puts them in the Championship Game on Saturday. Nice birthday present for me.
Busy, busy "birthweek".
Want to thank y'all for the birthday greetings!

Carol,
Loved how you phrased that our about our ages in the "mid 50's"; really cute. Sounded like a wonderful FAMILY gatherine to honor MOM/grandma! Bettyg

Thanks, Melanie! This spreads out the celebration. It's always great to hear from such a special friend!!
Big day today! This is Championship Saturday for the ball teams. The 8 yr old plays at 9 & the 10 yr old plays at 11:00.
Both teams get trophies, but if they win, they get the big trophy. In my book, everyone's a winner. Enjoying the children's baseball games is always a nice escape from the "world of Lyme."
Thanks again to everyone for making this birthday special!

Thanks for the birthday wishes. Like Andie said - it's my "birthweek".
Enjoyed the ballgames this morning. Both grandsons' teams "came in second". In my opinion, any team that makes it to the Championship Game is not a "loser". They just came in second.
Thanks again to all. You've made my birthweek special!!
