I am looking into alternative therapies. Has anyone tried any of the following?
- Cranial Sacral - Reiki - Acupuncture
Anyone have good results with any of `em?

Hi, Greg!
I've tried two of the three therapies you've mentioned (not Reiki) specifically targeting Lyme symptoms.
I have weekly acupuncture treatments and consider them an integral part of my healing. My acupuncturist has been specifically targeting troublesome symptoms each week (whatever happens to be bothering me the most) in addition to trying to boost my immune system.
She often augments treatments with Chinese herbs.
As far as cranial sacral, I've gotten treatments on a bimonthly basis since starting abx. I found them especially helpful when I was dealing with awful Bart headaches and other neuo symptoms.
Hope this helps.

I've had cranial and acupuncture. The cranial helped me the most. If you get a good therapist, wonderful things can happen.
Helped my headaches ALOT!

Greg,
I went for my 1st massage as a birthday gift to myself. She decided to do reiki on me; pure HELL. So much pain, and I kept telling her to lighten up and she wouldn't. I paid $65 - $70 for this torture! Told her I wanted a light massage due to my fibromyalgia pain. I got took.
Then I got a good woman with great hands and started going once a month until Feb. or March. When you pay between $45 - $60 for one, you want it to last in your body as long as possible. My last one didn't even last ONE HOUR.
So stopped going, and that out-of-pocket money is going for my LLMD out-of-pocket investment; my hopeful pot of gold to come!

I have started going for a weekly massage per Stephen Buhner's book, Healing Lyme. I realy enjoy it...at least for an hour I can relax and feel a sense of well being (most times anyway).
One hour of feeling OK.
It ain't much, but it gives me something to look forward to each week. Think I'll try cranial sacral next.
