Bruceallen, I agree, it is THAT hot. guy put a thermometer on his lawn grass and it was real brown and wilted and showed 140* and his real temp was 'only' 95* or so.
Tutu,
I was ready to say I tried to fry an egg on the sidewalk and it burnt to a crisp before I could turn it!!!
OR it was so hot when walked outside the sun burned right thru me so NO shadow.
Ir really was THAT hot today,,,yikes and more to come. One more day then get back to norms(for a couple days). Lets just say it doesnt take long to look at a piece of metal after picking it up in the sunshine these days!!!(like a wrench)

It's been so hot that I have just peeked out the back door the last two days, and just said, "UFFDA".
You can do a search of this word in the general support....Norwegian word!
Seriously, I've so enjoyed being inside playing on my pc that freezes up so much and shuts down more than I do this past 1-2 weeks. Yes, it's getting time for a new pc after 6 yrs. with NO work done on this one!
But got to get more of my $3800 out of pocket expenses back from BLUE from others states: Minn. and the states where my body labs went to! Learned the other day, the last digit of the SS/BC number was cut off .... delaying claims in other states! big uffda! How hot was I; hot enough to match the temps out the last 2 days...lol

It is "SO" hot:::
That seat belt buckles make great branding irons
Taters are baked inground, pull one out with your finger ,butter,salt and pepper and eat
It gets below 95* and you start feeling chilled
It only takes two fingers to steer a car.
Farmers are feeding their chickens crushed ice. To prevent them from laying hard boiled eggs!!!
