This is the stupidist thing I have ever posted, but since I haven't been active on the list for a few years, I figured I was entitled to one.
"The Endless Herx", a poem in four stanzas by Scrambled Brain:
Oh, the antibiotics, what a list! Doxy, flagyl, biaxin and the rest.
The've help some I have to say. But when I can stop taking them, I can only pray.
Every time I choke down a chalkly pill, I wonder if the pain will kill.
Oh! nothing could be finer... than to end the endless herxheimer!

Aw, Scrambled, that is a very good poem, that makes me feel very sad. Some poems do that, but I remember being in the same situation you describe.
I do hope you feel better soon. Hope you will keep posting.

Being an English Major, and a lymie, I have to say I fully appreciate your poem. It really rocks. How many more can you create on the same subject of TBDs?
