happy birthday to you Carol, from us folks in an Iowa barrel! with the barrel being quite narrow, my birthday wishes for Carol!
Never said I was a poet, but I tried for you dear Carol RN/poet!
May your future birthdays be happier & healthier in many years to come.
Appreciate all you do here on the board and with your RN advise like helping JUST DON today on taking care of cleaning up his foot after stepping on a nail. You are VERY PRECIOUS to us all.
Besides I love you and lymemomtoo's bantering ... great to give us all belly laughs! Bettyg

This is the best I can do with the chocolate...too bad you didn't get here in time to share it with me....see -- you were late too!
No wonder we're like kindred spirits - my fellow anal-retentive Virgo! (Oh. Was I not supposed to tell folks we're kindred spirits? Am I ruining your pristine reputation?) Well, HAPPY BIRTHDAY anyway!
Hugs &

Thanks so much, all of you!
I had a nice day. Hubby made a special trip to get a whole cheesecake, the really good kind.
My son gave me chocolate. I put the cards on the mantle.
My mom sent me a birthday check, and I put that back in the envelope to deposit later. A couple days later, I was paying bills, and saw the empty envelope and thought, "Oh, I don't have to save this one," and threw it out with the old envelopes from the bills.
When I was going to sleep, I realized what I had done, and made a mental note to get it out of the trash. The next evening, I got all the trash together, and hubby put it out at the curb. And the next day I remembered that I had forgotten to look for the check.
I am such a Lyme brain.
