My partner was just diagnosed with lyme disease, that's a prood to me, that it is sexually transmittable. We are told to rinse mouth with peroxide before kissing and to use condoms. Is that really necessary if we both have it? Can any couple with lyme out there tell me how to deal with it?

I am no expert other than I am in a long term relationship too , married for lots of years but just figured out the dx after over four years knowing i was sick.
I am jsust down the road from you.
