Is Nancy at Biotools always so rude and unfriendly? I ordered a KMT24 last Tuesday from Tova. I was assured it would be shipped Wednesday. I called Wednesday to see if it had been shipped but no one answered the phone so I left a message.

Finally at 4 pm I received a call from Tova telling me that it would be shipped Thursday with no explanation. It would be shipped UPS 3 day ground so I would receive it Monday.

Yesterday (Wednesday) I called to see where the unit was and got Nancy. She was rude, short, kept interupting me and was evasive. She said that it had been shipped but didn't have a tracking number and that it takes 5 to 7 days to get it. I said that I paid for UPS 3 day ground shipping. She didn't say anything. All she said is that she or Tova would call me back in a few minutes. I waited all day to hear from one of them, but never did.

Today I called and Nancy answered the phone with just a "hello". I asked if it was Tova and she said no. I asked if this was Nancy? Yes, she said. I asked if she ever got the tracking number. She said no, it takes 20 minutes on the computer to get it and she would have Tova call me tomorrow.

Her attitude is unfriendly and not helpful at all. Who is she? Why would a person answer a business phone with "hello?" Why is someone like that even dealing with people?

They pulled $1400.00 out of my bank a week ago and then won't answer a single question about where the machine is. Then finally tonight Nancy called me to give me the tracking number.
It will be delivered tomorrow(8 days).
Has anyone else had trouble with them?

Dolores, sorry to read about all the problems you have had. Thanks for breaking up your long blocks of text.

When this arrives, write the PRESIDENT of the company and tell him everything that happened with her.

Give dates/times/what was discussed.

Ask for answers. Make sure whatever you bought works right, etc. good luck!

You could always call the BBB, BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, and report this company as well.
