HI all~ Just wanted to encourage you to keep after your insurance company for what is due to you.

If you haven't read of my previous insurance struggles, you can do a search at lymenet with my member number and "insurance" and read what has occured. (I could write a book about my insurance issues!)

Today I got a couple of checks totalling about $1000; and it looks like another $2000 may be coming to me soon.

These were reimbursements for a doctor's visit which I had paid for up front and had not gotten reimbursed for, and for medication that I also had not been reimbursed for. The insurance company had (to quote them) "inadvertently keyed the incorrect unit value when processing the claims." [Roll Eyes] Really??!! We've only been discussing these claims for several months now.

God bless my state insurance commission. They have come through for me for the 3rd time now. This lady is an angel!!

SO...those of you out there struggling with insurance issues. DO NOT GIVE UP!!! Be sure to contact your state insurance commission if you hit a wall with your insurance company!

Timaca
