Okay -- Now I've heard it all.

Rush -- the reformed druggie says that Michael J. Fox was acting (how dare he) when he was in an ad for Claire McCaskill suggesting he supports stem cell research.

I guess he either was acting or not on his medication - Rush said. What crap! He should be sick just once in his life to know how stupid comments can really hurt people.

I was appalled and sickened when I saw this on the news last night. In one film clip of Rush, he was mocking Michael J. Fox's movements by making exaggerated movements himself. It is so sad what our country has become when people like this have the kind of clout that he has.

I have added Limbaugh to my list, along with BumSteere, Wormser and pals of most despicible Americans. I'm truly disgusted.

Limbaugh makes his living by hate mongering...lies and innuendo. He is representative of the depths that our greed driven media have sunk to: sensationalism not truth.

I hope "fans" of Rush are sending him letters and emails expressing their disgust.

Of everything I have dealt with from Lyme, losing control of my movements is the hardest. The powerlessness of not being able to stop your body from moving is overwhelming.

I spent my evening holding my right hand so that members of my class wouldn't see that it was shaking. Then I got on the metro and read an article about Limbaugh's statements. Just plain low.

Micheal J. Fox is one of my very favorite actors. Rush is lower than Doggie DoDo!!!!

Limpballs is the epitome of what is wrong with this country and the Republican party. No compassion, no love.

And they will be the first to call for universal health care if they get really sick.

The sickening thing is that Limpball is a drug ABUSER, not one of us who needs drugs.

Disgusting, no matter how you look at it.

while a lame bow for attacking fox himself, i'd credit him for yesterday on giving a list of medical conditions for which the efficacy of stem cell therapy is suspect. i was unaware of such a list.

Rush L. was at it again this afternoon, with a mock apology. My mother suffered from Parkinson's about 30 years. She was probably the oldest patient to receive the DBS (deep brain stimulator) and it helped her alot, even tho it didn't help M J Fox.
BUT even after it, she had terrible peaks and valleys during the day.

I seriously doubt Fox would reduce himself to "acting" in that advertisement! No more than my mother would be "acting" in a restaurant when the meds caused terrible unpredictable tremors.
