Hi Everyone,
I hope you all heard about the little sale going on with the magnetic awareness ribbons - on sale for $5 each (regularly $8 each) and you get free shipping for orders of 3 or more!
They are a fundraiser for the Lyme Out Retreats and right now the funds raised from the sale of the ribbons are helping to cover some general costs (the website, planning costs, etc.) and what isn't used will be put away for scholarships when the next retreat happens (which I'm hoping will be in the spring).
If you are interested in getting some magnets, please go on over to the fundraisers section of the Lyme Out website. You can order them through paypal on the website or by check (contact me for info on where to send the check - [email protected]).
I am also trying to find out what the interest is for magnets in the fairly near future. I am almost out of the last batch of magnets I had made and I'm trying to decide if it would be worthwhile to go ahead and order another batch now or if the interest has dwindled. So, if you think you'd be interested in buying magnets in the future (even if you're not going to buy any right now), please post here or e-mail me at [email protected]. They make great holiday presents so keep that in mind!

Okay, I have a follow-up question now. I'm definitely going to be ordering another batch of the ribbons. I have a choice now of the regular sized magnetic ribbons (3.5" X 8") and a smaller size (2" X 4.125"). The ones I've had have been the larger size but I'm wondering if there's a preference. I would charge less per ribbon for the smaller ones (obviously) but the minimum order is for more of them than with the larger ones so I need to think a bit about which size would be better.
So, does anyone have any input, preference, suggestions?
