Now most of ya'll know that I'm clearly not a journalist, and I can barely even call myself a writer or a columnist. I'm a hack. I freely admit it.
Now - I've promised to do a multi-part series for the Public Health Alert with regards to the IDSA ducks and their new guidelines.
I don't know if I'm allowed to mention their names or not, since I would barely consider them doctors - because docs are supposed to 'do no harm' so by my definition they've forfeited their right to that protection. Besides, I think I've seen their names in plenty of other places around here so I'm gonna go ahead & do it.
I need whatever dirt you have on them - their connection to BIG BUSINESS INTERESTS that would obviously motivate them to skew the guidelines for monetary purposes.
Yes, I know a good journalist could do her own digging & find this stuff out. However, please refer back to my first paragrah.
Besides, I'm sick AND insanely busy. I know there are some of you that are already well-versed in the shady dealings of this crew...so I'm asking for help.
I undertand perfectly if you'd prefer to email or PM with this info. Your name will be kept in strictest of confidence. I promise. And when a wise@ss promises...it's good as gold!
I thank you in advance!
Hugs &

I'm so sorry DW.
It seems your request catches me in the same state of mind I was in when I fell off research for Tincup.
If I get any good days, I'll try to do what I can.

Wormser also had settlement of a malpractice suit 1/10/2003 the amount was listed as "above average". I lost the link I think it was the CT atty General's page link to physician info.

Note to AliG -- thanks for link to contribution site, however I don't think it's the same Wormser we care about...not that we personally care about him.
Wait. I actually do care about Wormser. I care that he receives the justice he deserves....and I applaud Connect. A.G. Blumenthal for getting the ball of justice rolling re: the crimes against humanity visited upon us via the IDSA's new Lyme guidelines!
I believe Wormser & pals will get what they deserve...or close to it.
They deserve to get chronic late-stage Lyme and to be totally denied validation and treatment by qualified physicians...even their very "peers"; to lose the understanding & socializtion provided by friends & the trust and loyalty of family; to lose the personal confidence that comes from an undamaged brain; and the freedom that comes from being totatlly healthy and capable of earning a living; but I swore I would never wish that on my worst enemy....so I'll shut up now.
