Just venting about my bad day.
I'm supposed to be writing a paper, and I've gotten hardly anything done today. I woke up feeling great.
Then I took some amino acids before heading to the coffee shop with my computer. I was so jittery at the coffee shop (pre-caffeine) that I left after about an hour.
I rested for about an hour, tried to work again, but my chest was tight and asthma was bothering. My chest kept hurting.
Then I went to get lunch, ate half a bagel, and took some Burbur to detox. Well, an hour later cramps and diarhea. Argh!
I have the feeling my autonomic nervous system is completely malfunctioning today. So my body isn't really handling anything I put into it.
I did get an extension on my paper at least. But I have to start another one tomorrow. Why I am in law school again?

Hi Aniek,
Hope you feel better tomorrow! I've been sipping lemon juice and water, it seems soothing...
good luck with your paper! I am learning to break all my writing assignments down into small pieces; first the outline, then notes, etc., to get them done.

Thanks. I'm feeling much better today. Although I hurt my neck sleeping, so I've got a stiff neck. That's what I call Lyme luck.

Must share some good news with you Aniek-my long term disability was approved-check is in the mail -or so I've been told.
Anyway-I will forever be grateful for your response and guidance when one of my first posts was about being denied "reasonable accomodations".
You are awesome for attempting to get through school at a time like this. Meanwhile since I am out of work I am available to go to the Rally.
And I understand the organizers have made reasonable accomodations for us.
I get kind of scared when I have one of those ANS out of whack days-I usually think I'm about to expire-so I just go back to bed.

Thank you Carol! You just put a real big smile on my face.
Congratulations on the disability. That's great news.
I wish I could go to the rally. But between work, school and health, it just isn't possible. I'm taking three days off this week for my papers.
