The Santoviv Center in Mexico boasts of extremely high success rates in the cures of various illnesses including Lyme. Has anyone here been treated at this facility? It's very expensive but if true very worth it. I know of only one case personally that had amazing results. Hoping to hear more positive input before mortgaging the house.

This is the first I've heard of it. I think I'll do some research myself, I'll let you know what I find.

What town is it in? I would first try abx. Don't waste money on something you have no clue about. It may be nothing in terms of "curing" lyme.
If they say they CAN cure lyme....then run.

I had read an article about it in one of those free magazines the health food store gives away. It was the first I had ever heard of the place, which is odd. I live in San Diego and we tend to hear about the various Mexican facilities from time to time.

This facility has advertised for years in magazines such as Alternative Medicine. My January 2007 issue features a full page ad/endorsement written by Dr Christine Northrup -- author of Women's Bodies, Women's Wisdom and other health books.
Have not heard of any Lyme success stories from there.
Kind of a spa type facility with lots of testing and detox regimes.
Think I would save my money.
Note: I read the case study and while it is possible, I am skeptical of someone with such severe symptoms undiagnosed for 7 years and having no remaining neuro symptoms after 4 months of antibiotics.
If this was me I would seriously question them regarding coinfections as there is no mention of that and the odds are that most chronic Lymies do have coinfections.
