The main thing is to make sure that it is "Organic," that it is grass fed without being given abx or hormones to make it produce more milk.
If you like yogurt, the best thing that you can do is to make it yourself using organic milk. That way you know exactly what you are getting. I've read many labels on commercial yogurt that was suppose to be 100% natural, and even the organic stuff, and sometimes you just can't believe all the crap that they put into it. I find that organic cow's milk agrees with me much more that regular goat milk does.

I bet they just have to jump on top of one of the cows, hold on tight with their legs, and milk as they go racing across the fields??
I make my own yoghurt too - saves me some cash as well. What I do is that I buy some yoghurt to start with. Then heat plain milk until it is about body-temperature 37*C, mix in approx 2 table-spoons with yoghurt and leave it out until it is thick and yoghurt-like. Like it a lot!
