I have had Lyme for one year but was not diagnosed until last Oct - so have been on treatment for 4 and half months. I found a Dr. well versed in Lyme in Lakeland, Florida but am still interested in first hand experiences from others. I have about one week of wellness a month and the rest of the time varies. My M.D. says that Lyme reactivates every 4-5weeks. Any info about duration of said disease. I apparently have a less lethal strain, but life is definitely not like pre-Lyme.

Welcome! If you've only had it a year, it may only take another year to get well. Could be less, could be longer. No one knows.

Take good care of yourself and eat healthy. Get lots of rest.

Be sure to eat low carb. No sugar, no starches, etc.
