I may try to freeze this to see if it has texture of ice cream.

Dear Northstar,
That looks and sounds heavenly.
BTW where do you get water buffalo yogurt.
I had to read that part twice to make sure I read that correctly.

Yummm... chocolate pudding, I'm on my way to northstar's house. Have you tried it? Was it great?
(Frozen it might be like pudding pops. I can't see how you can lose.)

Geneal, there was a thread here a while ago about the water buffalo yogurt, so I found it at Whole Foods, and tried it. (same thing with the pure cocoa organic powder).
True......I am not a yogurt fan....I have to really adulterate it.
It was sooo decadent.......but I am sweet deprived, so it may have been my imagination. There was none left to try in the freezer.....next time!
Question: will I die if I eat a piece of gooey cheese pizza? It has been over 2 years, and I am having these weird pizza urges.....

Maybe this will help with your ice cream North Star:
I make a "legal" ice cream. Well, what I consider legal.
1 cup of silken tofu (about 3/4 of the stuff in the little cardboard box) I use firm or soft, not extra firm. It is on the shelf not in the fridge section)
1/2 cup canola oil ( I want to try grapeseed, but haven't yet...... Olive oil definately doesn't work)
1/8 to 1/4 cup vegetable glycerin (you can use honey but for me it is too much sugar)
1/4 cup lecithin granules (make sure you get the ones with NO flavor)
2 cups unsweetened original Blue Diamond almond milk (very low carb)
stevia to taste. I use 2 teaspoons .......... expensive!
I flavor with organic cocoa powder about 1/4 cup .... more or less to taste.
I have also used flavorings from Frontier (the ones without alcohol .... strawberry, lemon, banana, vanilla.
Mix all in a blender and then follow the directions on your ice cream maker.
Eat Fresh!!!!!!! You can freeze it but it gets very hard and must thaw on the counter for a long while before you can eat it again.
It's not as good as espresso oreo (my to-die-for favorite) but it does hit the spot.
Play around with flavorings.
Beware! not low calorie...... but gluten free, lowcarb and sugar free and yummy.

Dear Northstar,
I do a pretty good job of staying on my low carb, low sugar diet.
I will admit that I do have profound times of weakness and do indulge in something.
I believe their are few real physical pleasures in life.
For me, a good steak meal (broiled in butter with baked potato dripping with butter) and a really good full body massage.
I can do the steak thing but without the baked potato, but it isn't the same thing.
Moderation, works better for me. I don't do potatos, but I occasionally do indulge in potato skins with cheese and a few bacon bits.
Do the pizza thing. Maybe you can make one on a whole wheat/whole grain crust?
I've made pizza casadillas with low carb wraps, cheese and pepperoni.
I guess I know that it may cause me some grief (Thank goodness for diflucan), but life has to have some rewards.
My Mom always says to me "If you knew you were not going to be here tomorrow, what would you do?"
Within reason, I know I'd eat a slice or two of pizza.
This rationale works for me.....
(I think we all cheat even if it is just once a year!!!)
Hugs,
Geneal
PS: Can someone direct those Girl Scouts selling cookies to another state???!!!!!
The thought of those thin mint cookies......I know I wouldn't eat just one!!!!
