This is a great chance to help a Columbia student working on her Master's degree gain an insight on our personal experiences getting diagnosed & treated with Lyme disease.

If you have any questions, email Alison directly (her email is below)

===============================================
Hi,

My name is Alison Schwarzwalder and I'm a graduate student in Public Health at Columbia University. For one of my courses I'm conducting a survey with patients who have been diagnosed with Lyme disease as part of a larger project to characterize patient care and physician interaction with regards to this specific illness.

Why this topic? Let's just say both professional interest and personal experience. If you have been diagnosed with Lyme at some point in your life and have 15 minutes to spare, I would greatly appreciate if you would complete my online survey at:

Survey

I'm not collecting any personal or identifying information so your responses will remain confidential In addition, if you are in contact with other Lyme patients who might also be interested and willing, please pass along this email as well.

Please feel free to contact me with questions or comments at: [email protected].

Thanks so much!

Thanks Gail,
I did the survey yesterday when you posted. I think it took maybe 10 minutes. (I didn't actually time myself or count the questions. [Razz] )

I'd love to see the results when she's done. Thanks!

I also completed her questionaire. I am sending her info to other people so that they can access her survey. I see the direction in which she is moving with her survey. I wonder if she could post aliitle about the results she obtains. Would be really interested in that. C'mon everybody get on board.

finally able to take the survey. Very lyme friendly....meaning easy for a person with lyme disease to participate cognitively and visually.

Yep Cobweb we met on the bus!!! [Big Grin]

How are you???

Yes, I was on t.v. a few weeks ago, channel 21 out of Harrisburg........me and my chronic lyme dog [shake] ......plus they showed a family pic of all of us since we all have Lyme and TBD's.

Also the same day got to do a live program with WITF public t.v. in Hbg. with a well known lyme literate doc!! But I don't know if you get that where you live?? It was awesome!! [woohoo]
