Ohio's Governor Strickland signed a Resolution declaring May Lyme Disease Awareness Month. I haven't seen the actual wording yet, but will try to get it.

Also, Crystal is being honored by the Ashland County Commissioners at their meeting, at which time they will declare LD Awareness Month in Ashland County, Ohio.

Yippee! Made my day!

Anyone else get their state to recognize Lyme disease Awareness Month?? Any Counties?? Any towns??

Here is where you can find your own state reps and senators and your county officials.
http://www.statelocalgov.net/

Send an e-mail, or give a call and get them on board.

The LDA (see logo at left) has good pamphlets you can get for distribution. I have one you can xerox lots of copies and get them out there.

Go for it!
