Hello:
I used this great website a few years ago when my son was diagnosed with Lyme. I found some great help in here for him and he is going great - in what he/I call "remission" and back to work.

A few weeks ago I was having problems with my eye sight. I went to my optomologist who ordered tests and tons of blood work.

Last week when I went to get the results -he told me to contact my primary physician as my Lyme count was elevated. He made a copy of the lab report and it showed. .84. I immediately called my MD - and then I found out that a Lyme test done two years ago showed .50. His reply was "we don't know if it's active or not". I have never tested positive for Lyme. I am upset with him for not telling me about the .50-as he has said it was "alright". No numbers given.
I am on doxy at my request. Now I know the signs I have ignored as my son had the same. Skin feeling like a pin cushion, skin "crawly" feeling at times, B/P issues, heart palpitations, strange weird feeling in my head at times, etc..

SORRY for all this but my question is?
Does anyone know the significance of the numbers I listed above and do they mean anything at all?

THANKS in advance

Carol

What test is it??? Is it the ELISA?? You need to skip the ducks and go straight to a real LLMD.
