Just need to ask: I've been done with abx since April 2006. Had a great run. Still get tingling and symptoms around or prior to a woman's monthly hormonal shift, but how do I know which symptoms I should continue to deal with and accept as permanent?
Is it the change of season? My hands feel so tired and I am slightly nauseous and light headed every morning. Is my diet not right? Is anyone on the east coast feeling this? Please reply

Sorry, i don't have an answer for you, but I'm interested in hearing the responses!
I've had the same question...been off antibiotics for 3 weeks now and some symptoms feel like they're reappearing. They're not severe, but some neck stiffness/soreness, fatigue, nausea, and some tingling in my fingers as well.
It's so hard to tell when my symptoms are from Lyme or just environmental/hormonal changes! I'm so paranoid about the Lyme coming back now...

I don't think any of us long term lymies can totally eradicate lyme.
Any change whether tempatures, less sunlight, monthly menses can cause "mini-flare" (best way I can think to describe).
Sounds like you've done great keeping things better and in balance.
Hope things inprove and you get back "in balance".
