My mother is having such bad mornings with feet and hands. It is just awful to watch. Anyone have any miracle suggestions? Would soaking feet in epsom salt help?

Thanks for any help

Yes, epsom salt baths will help many. She is probably suffering from inflammation in the hands & feet, BUT really the whole body is inflamed.

It's more apparent in the hands and feet. Probably the fact that they also don't get as good of ciruclation as needed.

If she is able, I would recommend the whole body in bath with epsom salt at least 3 times a week for months. Hands & feet daily. The skin is the largest organ in the body and detoxing is very helpful to help with inflamation.
